MOOD BOOSTING GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup brewed green tea
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop *Pro Matcha Protein Natural
  • 1 TBS. wildflower honey
  • 1 1/2 TBS ground flax seed
  • 1 TBS Chia Seed
  • 1 banana
  • 1 1/4 cup chopped pineapple
  • 1/2 cup chopped mango
  • 1 TBS plain Greek yogurt
  • Dash of grated ginger
  • 1 handful of ice 
DIRECTIONS:

In an electric blender, combine all ingredients until smooth. 
(Serve Immediately)
