TIME 30 MIN               SERVES 6

INGREDIENTS: 

4 Tsp Butter

1 Onion Chopped

2 Large Carrots - Peeled and Chopped

2 Celery Stalks Chopped

1 Small Head of Cauliflower Chopped

1 Cup of Mushrooms

Salt and Pepper

1/4 Cup Chopped Fresh Parsley

2 Tbs Chopped Fresh Rosemary

1 Tbs Fresh (or 1 Tsp Dried) Sage

1/2 Cup Vegetable or Chicken Broth

DIRECTIONS:

1. IN A LARGE PAN, MELT BUTTER OVER MEDIUM HEAT. ADD ONION,CARROTS, CELERY AND SAUTE 7-8 MINUTES UNTIL SOFT
2. ADD CAULIFLOWER AND MUSHROOMS AND SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER. COOK UNTIL TENDER 8-10 MINUTES
