The Flu Shot And Natural Immune System

Flu Season Is Almost Here!

Now is the time to protect yourself as best as possible. Our bodies have a wonderful sytem to protect us from infections like the flu or colds and it generally works well. There are times when we could all use a little help though, which is why Legacy Clinic is offering Engystol. Unlike the flu shot, Engystol contains only natural ingredients and has no known side effects, contraindications or negative interactions.

The flu shot contains multiple potentially harmful ingredients such as mercury, Thimerosal (preservative), formaldehyde and many more. In fact, studies have shown that a flu shot can contain over 50,000 parts per billion of mercury. If you have nothing to relate that to, just take a look at this chart.

How Much Mercury Is In A Flu Shot?

This is a lot of risk to inject yourself with all these chemicals and it may not even protect you from what it was designed for.

What's In Your Flu Shot?

Engystol is great for strengthening your immune system and is safe for all patients. It can also be used in conjunction with other medicines as it has no known interactions. Other benefits include; shortened recovery times, protection against subsequent infections, suitable for long term treatment, and scientifically proven efficacy and safety.

Contact Legacy Clinic today to get more information on Engystol and its wonderful, safe benefits.

Acupuncture In The Villages

Dr Aaron

Dr. Aaron Perry is a Doctor Of Oriental Medicine who has been helping his patients reduce pain and stress for years. He has had amazing success and offers a wide array of treatment options.
Hi Everyone,

Many of you are now familiar with acupuncture in that in involves placing needles in certain places on the body. What you may not know is that this practice can help with so many different ailments. It has been shown to help relieve pain, stress, improve circulation, reduce headaches and migraines and so much more.

It looks very painful

Looks (as often is the case) can be decieving. This is true when it comes to acupuncture. The needles used for acupuncture are much smaller than even a sewing needle. They are about the size of one strand of hair. Most patients describe feeling a pressure sensation but no pain. In fact, many patients get acupuncture to relieve their chronic pain.

Spinal Decompression

What Is Spinal Decompression

Spinal decompression is a treatment that relieves pressure on the discs in between your vertebrae. Over time, pressure on these discs can cause bulging and even herniations. This pressure can also cause damage to the spine itself as well as the spinal cord. This damage can lead to excruciating pain caused by pinching on the nerves. Spinal decompression works by stretching and releasing the vertebrae in you lumbar or cervical spine in a way that your body will not fight against. Over time, your discs can reform to their natural shape and size, protecting you as they were meant to.

Lumbar decompression

9935797_orig 2A therapist will secure a belt around your hips which attaches to a machine. This machine will then pull the belt (and your lower spine) to a set amount of pressure. The machine will hold at that pressure for 45 seconds after which, it will release to half the pressure allowing your muscles to relax. The amount of pressure will be gradually increased to achieve the maximum results for each individual.

Cervical Decompression

Cervical decompression works in much the same way as lumbar decompression.                                                    A therapist will place pads dts_cervical1 3on either side of your neck. This will slowly pull your neck to a set amount of pressure and hold for 30 seconds then release to half the pressure for 15 seconds. The goal of either decompression is to allow the discs to heal and retain the natural curvature that supports your body.
