MOOD BOOSTING GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
- 1/2 cup brewed green tea
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 scoop *Pro Matcha Protein Natural
- 1 TBS. wildflower honey
- 1 1/2 TBS ground flax seed
- 1 TBS Chia Seed
- 1 banana
- 1 1/4 cup chopped pineapple
- 1/2 cup chopped mango
- 1 TBS plain Greek yogurt
- Dash of grated ginger
- 1 handful of ice
DIRECTIONS:
In an electric blender, combine all ingredients until smooth.
