Congested? Feel like Santa's sitting on your chest?

Try this All Natural Chest Decongestant!
(Mrs. Clause herself would approve)



INGREDIENTS NEEDED:
  1. 1/4 TSP of Cayenne Pepper
  2. 1/4 TSP of Powdered Ginger
  3. 3 TBSP of All Natural, Raw, Organic Honey
  4. 1/4 Cup of Lemon Juice
  5. 1/4 Cup of Apple Cider Vinegar 



DIRECTIONS: 
  1. Pour 1/4 cup of lemon juice and 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar into a small pot and bring to a gentle simmer. 
  2. Stir in 2-3 tbsp of raw, organic honey and 1/4 tsp each of cayenne pepper and powdered ginger (for a stronger formulation, use 1/2 tsp each of cayenne pepper and powdered ginger)
  3. Store in a cool, dark place indefinitely (Shake Well. Settling WILL Occur)
*Adults take 1-2 tablespoons daily as needed*
